cd key authoization

everytime i go to connect to a multiplayer game, after i hit join server, it comes to the normal loading page. Instead of sayng something bout creating a gamestate like it used to, it now says "Awaiting CD Key Authorization" and "Waitng for Connection..." with a counter. I've entered my cd key multiple times and i don't really know what to do. i even reinstalled COD and COD UO on my computer but the problem is still there. HELP!

have you tried going into multiplayer options and type you cd key in???

it does that sometimes for me. just wait for awaiting connection, and eventually it will connect somewhere around 13 counts.

That's probably a firewall problem. Check your firewall settings. If you just applied SP2 for XP, that's the culprit because SP2 enables the firewall in Windows by default.
