About Photoshop Patterns.

I wanna use this gucci to be a photoshop pattern, is there anyway to convert .jpg into .pat?

Simple. Open it in PS. Then go to Edit>Define Pattern and save it as you wish. Then it with be a pattern.

You may also want to crop the border out on it, or else it won't work right.

Yep, but it is the actuall CD, I made the cover for my friend because he loves banks
