I'm trying to uninstall PowerDVD 4.0 and when I try to unistall it says "Please insert disk one that contains the file data2.cab."then below it says PATH: c:\program files\installshield installation information\{6811caa0-bf12-11d4-9ea1-0050bae317e1}

Ive tried uninstall from programs and control panel and when it asks for a disk I put in the orginal Cyberlink Installation CD but it won't work. What ya think is wrong? help, I'm dying to install powerdvd 5. Thanks

you can open the registry editor(but be care can seriously harm computer if you remove the wrong things) by going to start -> run -> regedit. This is the basic windows registry editor, run a search for both the manufacterer of the program and the program name...may want to contact them to see what keys their software creates...if you have the time... ;)
