Looks like a template but says made by NME. Im sure you have to just add a blank module to phpnuke and fill it with html. Keep in mind your boards and your nuke site are different.

PHPNuke has allready some kinda boards included by default IIRC. Dunno which one, but you can't easily replace that one. Maybe you can hide it and put another one in sight.
