Jerry Springer

I know this show is garbage, but I think it is funny as! I was just wondering who else here watches this sometimes.

In case you don't know what it is - basically there are a collection of losers with weird problems, and Jerry has to try and help them 'work it out'. Anyway, today's show had an angry woman, because she had been going out with his boyfriend, and for some reason he had moved in with her in her 'trailer', and had started to put on the pounds.

It turned out that the man had made a 'barricade', by getting 3 of his friends, who owned trailers, and putting them in a triangular shape in a trailer park, so nobody could get in. Him and his three friends had saved some money, and then quit their jobs. They spent every cent they had on food, and founded the 'fat pigs' club. The man and the 2 friends have grown enourmous, and they eat all day and do nothing else. They never shower, never brush their teeth, sqirt tomato sauce at each other for fun and don't clean up, etc etc. :o

Anyway, this behemoth man went on the show, and started bad-mouthing his (ex) girlfriend, saying she was 'trying to control his life' and 'not accepting him for the way he was'. Anyway, the woman had a surprise for him...

She played a tape where her friends had hired out bulldozers, and ripped the trailer apart and moved it out of the way, so they could get in. The 4 or 5 people ran in, and basically started smashing up the 'fat pigs' hideout, taking the food, cutting up the couch with a chainsaw, etc, while the 2 friends left at the hideout just sat there - one of them can't even stand up.

Well, this guy chucked a psyc at his (ex) girlfriend back in the studio, and she just said the relationship was over.







Absolute garbage, I know, but we only have 5 TV channels where I live and there is nothing else to watch at 12:00 while having lunch :D

I watched it a couple of times because vulgarity kinda made me see what it was all about, then hated it because it was pure fake. Never saw it again.

Watching too much JS gave me headache, a pounding headache. And that was only in a couple of times. I don't know how people can actually watch this program when it has "Fake" written all over it and the acting ain't good either.

I mean, I've got better things to watch, I'll watch the Cops show, or The Simpsons but not this. :)

I'm afraid I can't say the same about myself :(

I find Jerry Springer good to watch if you are depressed, and want to realise that life can get worse :lol:

i've found springer entertaining the several times that i watched, and better than the reality tv that has been infesting the entertainment industry. i don't have any tv channels at the house though, nor time to watch any if i did.

I normally would do something else, but since there are only 5 TV Channels in Gladstone, and that I am eating lunch, I am therefore forced to watch Jerry Springer :D although they stop it when the 6 week holiday starts - yesterday (Friday) wast he last one (I get 2 extra weeks of holidays :P ).

I never get depressed, because I (In my opinion anyway) lead a good life, but I heard the comment that Jerry Springer is good to watch when you are depressed on another forum.

Or, perhaps I could watch the soapie 'heartbreak high', or maybe the 'cricket show' where the guy talks about his card games with Shane Warne, or maybe the news in Spanish, or maybe a kids show on ABC... I'm afraid they are the only alternatives :(

I used to watch this when I was little, my parents watched it because of the stupidty and there was nothing else to watch, a few guest before were large overweight people and it was crazy how they actually live. Some crazy shiznat these people do, which myself I would never do, If I turn fat and never clean myself, I hope someone will happy shoot me with a cannon ball or something. :blink:

Cricket is awesome to watch, and I played it for a year or two before it got too hot and I quit. However, the cricket show is boring as :(

Iv never seen JS, I have heard a lot about it but never seen it. I dont like those shows.

I don't mind tennis if an Australian is playing - but since this topic is so old :lol: , they dont' show Jerry Springer in the holidays, when the younger children are home. Thankfully.
