I watch the Philly D webcasts and he, I'm sorry to say, is a console gamer (DUH DUH DUH DUH!) So thus he WOULD be of the same opinion as you! You're a console whore, *cough* whoops gamer, too!

Yes, I do hate Hippocrates! If you were to have a feature that drew you to a game taken away, how would YOU respond? You'd BITCH and MOAN and probably BOYCOTT and PETITION! So in less words, YOU ARE THE SAME AS US, YOU JUST DENY IT, AND CRITICIZE US!

I have no objection to you making a response to these posts, but if you're going to do it, be honest and upfront.

You love the game on the console and that is your right. We are all pleased for you and have no doubt that as a console game, it is superb, the vast majority of console players agree with that. But as a console player who evidently, simply does not understand, or wish to understand what the PC players are missing, you keep getting involved in a situation that you shouldn't.

You've stated your opinion many times and each time you've been given clear answers as to why we feel the way we do. Unlike you, responders have not side stepped questions and avoided the answers. Stop beating a dead horse and move on.

Broken. This is a Xbox360 review, it has no bearing on the situation what so ever. It is similar to reviewing a game on a PSP and deeming all other platforms from that one review.
Easy and not very real.

I am a console gamer, but I am part PC gamer as every once in a while i click the old cod2 icon my desktop. I Understand what is missing, and when i play cod2 i don't click any modded servers, i play a game of cod2. I have play modded maps and mods, but either way it doesn't change it much. If all you play is a totally different mod which totally changes the game, it might be a problem for that person. But HoB is not totally different and you can see a pick of an HoB pic and tell its Call of Duty.

Ive played PC enough to say that its not a big deal with no dedi servers.

Obviously you have not played enough to care. BTW modded or not it doesn't matter, as dedi servers = clan servers, disregarding mods!!!!!!!! Without dedis you have little to no chance of getting on a game with a friend unless you are both online. With dedi servers we can at least hang out on a server and wait for a friend to join...Dang. Let's just agree to disagree. I never like to lose an argument, but your skull seems thick enough to crack diamonds with...And yes, I am baiting in a few posts, but I don't really care anymore, you suck. None of you serious console baiters have a Consoles I suppose? Why are you all making assumptions on it without using it. And waiting for friends to join? WTH is that? I dont have any problem of that sort.

You immedietly assume that because its not something that you want to use, it sucks. I can tell the average pc gamers are adults to old adults. Just don't buy MW2. Its a whole different game. Just because its PC doesn NOT mean it HAS TO BE DEDICATED!! When has it been decided it had to be?!!

Broken, a surprising number of PC players have or have access to consoles, I myself have access to PS2's, an Xbox and a Wii, not that I use them for FPS, but a surprising number of PC players have tried them, as evidenced at the IW forum.

But you won't leave this alone, will you! Deadly made an excellent suggestion. It's time to agree to disagree. You totally fail to even attempt to understand the PC gamer and to see it from their own point of view.

We are happy you enjoy the game the way it was meant to be for console, because that's what you're used, it's what you're happy with.

Features have been removed from the PC version that have been there in every other iteration of the game, features that provided the regular PC player with features they deemed neccessary, you will not change anyone's mind on that, so leave the subject alone in the future.

I have already said, I am a part PC gamer. I can no longer play pc games as my computer can't handle all the new games on the market. I know the PC players point of view though.

I have a PS3, an XBOX360, an XBOX, a PS2, a PS1, a Wii, a gamecube, and so many nintendos such as the 64, the original one, the super nintendo, etc. it's not even funny lol. Don't say I am only a PC player, I have only been playing PC for less than a year! Gawd.

I find it funny that you don't seem to believe in my point of view when you can't see in my point of view. You have never played a console for a prolong period of time to base any opinions. I have played PC for the majority of my life. (Seriously). It's only recently that I started playing consoles. Ive had an xbox 360 for less than a year. And before than I constantly played PC. - RTCW, CoD, UO, 2, halo, some MMO's..... I understand what has been taken away, but even then... I still don't think its a big deal.

Well, if that is your point Broken, then you must have played the PC as if it was a console, never taking advantage of its superiority.

I doubt we will get any further with this but I would like to reopen this thread in, say 8 months and hear if the game is still as good as you think it is now.

This has now been done to death. I will answer your post above, then I am closing the thread. My head hurts from continuously banging it on a brick wall.

First, I have played on a console for a reasonable length of time, a friend of mine was into socom 2 - hated it, hated the controls and everything about it, in comparison to CoD on a PC.

Now your experiance. In MW2 on the PC, your experiance is nil (as is mine), but I would say that 99% of all the PC MP related comments I have seen, have reported a bad experiance. The problems they report are the same that I complained about before the game was released. These reports include people who were saying, "lets at least give it a chance." So it's not simply people crying because they boycotted the game, quite the opposite. So many saying that they wished they had listened to the dissenters.

However, you don't think it's that big a deal and that is your right, BUT, you are obviously in the minority, so it's time for you now to give it a rest.

There is much more that I could say, but, not only is it already said in other threads, to repeat them again, would mean I should leave the thread open for you to reply and I am not of the mind to do that.
