Yes. Although he apparently owns a 'clan' here, called Soldiers of Death, they are inactive and useless.

Enri is basically a burden in our forums. He makes the warzone seem like rubbish, and he distracts every member with his stupid posts.

I cant believe you guys are really gunna ban him. Yes, hes annoying. But its all in the warzone. I play games with him and have for months now, he is a nice kid when you all arnt attacking him. Plus im 100% sure he could own any of your mod asses in this game, for which you dont play. Plus its incredibly fun to mess around with him in the forums.

If enri gets banned, so should a lot of other people. And so should the mod doing the banning. Thats an abuse of power, banning someone based on votes. The respect i had for you guys has gone from "0" to "-0". Wait, is that a double negative?

To ban enri is to show you really are beat by him. He has gotten to you so much that you must push him away to feel better about yourself.

Lets have a little look at the history of Enri.

1. He registered originally as a DCFA member, and double/triple posted all the time. He was warned about it, but decided to continue, so he was given a star.

2. Once I removed his star, I only found that he was going to try and get all 5 stars, even though it's a permanent ban.

3. Enri continued to make topics in the Warzone which are unimpressive, and are literally sp*m. I'm talking about the ones about 'Gryph', 'Crow vs Kev', etc. In addition to this, he still double posted, although not as much as before.

4. When Recluse asked him to get out of his thread, he didn't, and was warned that if he posted in there again, a poll would be started on whether or not he should be banned. Although whether Recluse wanted him in his topic or not is irrelevant, he kept posting the same message over and over again, even after he has been warned, which again is sp*m.

In addition to this, he swears his head off, which makes it unpleasant for younger members (although the ironic thing is that he is a younger member), and contrubutes zerio to the forum. His clan only takes up room in the clan forums, and the chances are that his clan will soon be removed because of inactivity.

Plus im 100% sure he could own any of your mod asses in this game, for which you dont play.

I play Call of Duty, and I'm not all that great at it. If Enri wants to spend his time playing computer games, that's his choice. We're talking about the forums here, and whether he is skilled or not in Call of Duty really does not matter.

If he is so good at Call of Duty anyway, he could at least show initiative and get his clan under way, since he asked for a free hosted forum here, instead of letting it sit there festering like a heap of dog****.

Plus its incredibly fun to mess around with him in the forums.

I would enjoy it if it was actually a challenge, but his incoherent statements and pathetic insults just make it a bore.

First Apex, let me point out that I did not ban Enri in response to his behavior even though I would have been fully justified in doing so for his direct refusal to follow the instructions of a staff member.

I also fully explained to him what the consequences of his actions would be, as well as assured him that I was indeed serious. With full knowledge of the consequences he made his own choice and did what I told him not to do.

In response, and exactly as I informed him, I then started this democratic poll to seriously consider the question of his banishment.

I can only personally vote once in this poll, and my vote counts no higher than yours.

If the results of this poll showed a majority of people did not want Enri banned, I would respect the outcome and not ban him. But the results clearly show a majority of 2-1 in favor of banning him at this point in time.

This poll runs for 2 days over a weekend, giving fair opportunity for everyone to cast their vote.

He may be a nice harmless kid, but he's also a chronically pointless sp*mmer, IMO, whose contributions in the War Zone hold no value beyond "Easy Target," and a 2-1 majority of members here seem to agree.

I'm not sure how this poll fits into your "Abuse of Power" fantasy, since putting the question to a democratic vote of the members of this board is about as fair as moderating gets.

Enri was the most popular TARGET in the Zone, but I doubt you're suggesting that his input was anything but a lame sideshow.

I'm trying to be fair here, but your "me too" is endangering my offer to count BlackCrow's vote as he says he intended it to be, thus making it less likely that Enri gets to stay.
