COD4 (PC) DirectX Error Singleplayer When I Click New Game

When I Click New Game in Single Player
After Soap is introduced, the white loading bar doesnt move.
And Cod4 freezes.
I Get a Call of Duty Direct X Error tab on my task bar as well as I cant alt tab out of Cod4.
Its a green Cod4 Direct X Error. I Cant read it coz its flashing.

Ive tried to update latest VC drivers, latest DX, and sound card also.
Tried reinstalling the game and no luck.. Multiplayer works fine though.

System specs,
Pentium Dual Core 1.6 Ghz
2Gb DDR2 Ram
Intel GMA X3100 mobile
Intel 965 Chipset

Are you using Vista or XP? This is a laptop?

Check from www.systemrequirementslab.com if your computer is compatible to run the game properly, your videocard might be too weak for it

Bu I Can play Multi player. Weird.

I got it to work i just borrowed a save game from a friend and loaded his profile
For some reason, I coiuldnt get the first mission to work others load fine.
