There are deff benifits to owning the PC version of the game, however, after the release of CoD2 the serious lack of support form IW left a bad taste in most pc games mouths. This is IW's way of makeing up for that discression.

To tell you the truth its hard to say, i dont know how their network/comm is setup, were the maps are on the disc and everyone connects to a server and it pinpoints everyone back on screen etc, or the maps are server based .. and if thats the case then they can deff give us a christmas theme map it just depends on if they want to or not..

and by the looks of things i dont sense this coming anytime soon buahaha
