Your GPU will produce the video at a certain FPS no matter what type of connection to the monitor your using. DVI, Analog, HD. 19" monitor 40" monitor. All the same, FPS has to do with your GPU mainly.

Your resolution could increase or decrease your FPS (800x600 etc)
