How to install a hd on a compaq

Hey i've never dealt with these new compaw p4 cases and i'm trying to instal are harddrives, only one panel of the case opens and there is some sort of device which stops the screws from moving on all the other drives? Can some1 help me

I got it in. Rather funny actualy, i went to take a pic of the case for you and lifted up the case and noticed the front popped off, thx for the help lol :D
