Really Really Need Help.

My computer is running like sh!t, my internet connection is very poor, it took me 5 minutes to get this topic up, and whenever i try to open up a program or link off a site my computer will not do anything, and i can't even attach an image because my browser will freeze, and this other error keeps popping up with a title: Generic Host Process for Win32 Services, "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close." That's how bad this worm, virus or whatever the he|| you wanna call it, is, and it's making me really angry. Anyway i can fix this crap?

This sounds like msblast worm. You might check and see if there is a process running by that name....
