System link problems COD2

I have COD 2 for XBox 360. I have downloaded 3 map packs which are all on my hard drive. I can play them while online with Xbox live but when I try to play system link using a network hub. It says I don't have those maps. Other players do have the maps and my hard drive shows me having the maps. I'm logged in under the same profile that I use on Xbox live. Does anyone have any ideal what to do?
