Help plz 360 version

Im new at this forum and I need help so here it is. I was watchin a video of pointe du hoc and he could here the sounds all around him. But in my game I can only here them when im facing them, and when I turn away I either dont hear them or they talk very low. I though it was just my game but it happens for COD3 too. I put it on a HD T.V and it did the same thing. Do I need to change the settings on the 360 to hear it all around or is it like that 4 all the 360's? PLZ HELP ME!!!:icon_exclaim:

Welcome to the boards! Surround sound does not work if you have not got the speakers. It is not TS dependent.

By looking at the audio section, you should be able to plug in all speakers into the xbox. Remember, with audio there is also the quality question. If you decide to get surround sound, you will most likely NOT get the quality from what the video has. If you have got enough money, I would recommend to get a pretty decent set.

I had this problem before because I would play with my System set to surround sound, but play on a 13' CRT with only one speaker and only the White Audio input. But after I bought a 5.1 surround sound that supports both White and Red, it was no longer an issue.

The same thing happends to me, not only in COD but in Halo too. =\. no idea.
