Not exactly a 'problem' or a support topic but I remember there used to be a statistic in your profile that showed the forum that the majority of your posts were in as well as the percentage. I really liked this feature of the boards as it showed who spams and who doesn't. I guess it was taken out in the switch from the old forum software to vbulletin? or maybe the new skin tweaked it out.

Is there anyway we can re-impliment this feature? Thanks.

(It was located right under post count in your profile)

I think it was because of the switch from IPB to vBulletin. Either it got disabled, or vbulletin has not got that function.

I have mixed fellings about this, while on one hand i think i would be a nice feature, i dont really think it would be a good way to judge who spams. I try to post help when i know the answer, or when i can, but there are so many good ppl here that advice is often offered before i finish reading the post. Further there are a lot of very intresting threads in the barracks and war zone that are far from spam.

I think this kind of stats would bring just more spam to whole forums as some people could try to compete who has better stats on some specific forums. Besides having percentually most posts on barracks or warzone doesnt imo mean that someone would be a spammer. Its the content of posts which in my opinion determines whats spam and whats not.

I think we're all pretty good about Spam here. There isn't any of it really. That feature just probably doesn't exist in Vbulletin. Bullying about spam isn't really on though. If you have a problem with a member here - raise it with a moderator or admin. CoDBoards.com is a community, not just a support site. They're just as important as each other here. I try and post solutions and such when I can - but by the time I log in they've been solved already. Thats thanks to the members we have here.

Of course, sorry if I came over agressive. I quoted you because I meant it to refer to the point I made about members solving the problems before we do. :)

IPB has the feature, but you would have to edit php files, certain html files and such to get that.

Indeed it does. We ran that here - until we got hacked, and then we shifted to Vbulletin for security.
