so i'm at the part where he says that, and then the truck comes through the creek and explodes. however i cannot seem to move from cover to cover, to get up to the machine gun fire because as soon as i expose myself for a split second, i got shot down in a second. this is i believe the second level, about half way through.
i'm playing on veteran difficulty, i already beat the game on easy so i'm making a second run through on veteran now. i have two smoke grenades, but the first cover you can get to is a tree and they shoot you right through the tree. also i can hardly throw the smoke grenades because again it involves getting out of cover for a second to do so, and you get shot down immediately. the machine gunners, are the kind that are completely covered, so you cannot kill them from the distance you start at.
i've gotten up to the machine gunners once but died after a surprise attack from one guy i missed, and i think the fact that i even got up there was just pure luck.
anyway i was hoping someone could help me, i love the Call of Duty series, but i swear some of these levels seem like they just threw a bunch of crap together on a map and said, we'll let them figure it out.
