COD Boards Fan Art competition Contest number 1

Welcome to COD Boards Fan Art competition enrolement thread. If you are interested in enroling for the competition and win great Call Of Duty related prizes, you're in the right place. Please donot post any images before reading below. If you have any questions you can post in this thread.

Summary:
Competitors Review Start: February 11th 2004 + 5 days for submission.
Enrolement Accepted: Immediately accepting
Enrolement Email: fanartcompetition@codboards.com
Details on how to submit files: Will be sent in email.
How to Enrole:
Interested members send an email to fanartcompetition@codboards.com (fanartcompetition@codboards.com) with their interest in enroling in the competition. There is no fees to enrole. Once your enrolement is receieved, your member name will be entered in the list that will be maintained online. You can see who are the other competitors as well. Of course details on how to submit will be sent to you via Email.
Requirements to enrole:
You'd have to be a registered member on COD Boards.
Create or get your Call Of Duty Fan Art ready for submission.
Art can only be submitted by the original creator.
Images should not be extremely big. Somewhere around 1024x768 or less should be enough.
Be ready to provide proof of art creation. We may ask you to provide the work originals.
COD Boards staff members will not be allowed to enrole.
The prizes:
Winners will get prizes with free shipping. People outside U.S. may get customs duty charged and will be payable by the winner. Refusing the package will return it and the winnings will be lost.

Common questions you may ask:
When will the competition start?
Competition will start in 2 weeks, if things go as planned. If we get less than 4 competitors, the competition will be delayed. In any case the competitors will be notified via Email, PM or in this thread.
How is the winner chosen?
Once the competition ends, we will close the competition and announce publicly. Winners will be chosen by judges. These judges are staff members on COD Boards. Results will be shown in public and the winners will be notified.
How much time do I have to create my Art work?
The competition starts in 2 weeks after date of this post, you have until then. We will give additional 5 days to the competitors to complete and submit there work.
When will I receive my winnings if I'm the winner?
Once the winners are finalized and announced, it will take upto 1 week before we will send out your winnings. You will be notified upon shipment.
