application form

does anyone know how to make an application form. I need to make one that emails the information put in, to 2 emails. Stuff like name, age, experience and other stuff. If anyone can show me how, or possible make me one, that would be great.

That's a bit too generic. You'll need to give more details as to what you are wanting to accomplish from this.

Well its an application for a league admin. So it would be info about the person, how you heard about us, experience, what you think you could do for us, etc. know what i mean. And just a league banner at the top.

yea, and it doesnt have to be on a site like that. just like a plain page. but yea basically same but more information.

it's easy, well the most easiest way to do it as far as I know. You won't get that kind of form any easier than what's here.

well, ask your host. Hosts usually do setup the basic part of it for free if not included in your package to begin with.

haha you're welcome ;) But that reward is a little too much. Simply contact your host, they'll do it for you.

Oh BTW, even say if I did it for you, you'd still need a host with CGI access.

whaaaa...what does my host have to do with anything.

they have to be able to give you access to the cgi-bin folder for you to execute a script on the server. How would you do something without executing something. Since it's a server side script you will need a cgi-bin folder.

bah you might as well write in chinese. is there ANY other way. why cant it just be a form, that emails the stuff to my email, i dont get it ^o^ I tried to make one on frontpage but it wouldnt email it to me.

Frontpage would only make "front" "page" of it ;) There may be some way to do it in javascript or java but I can't help you in that and yet it's gonna be more difficult than FormMail.
