I jus discoverd i have what says to be a Trojan virus. My virus scanner picked it up and so i fix it and delete and stuff but in the summary it says i still have one virus still i need help bad

I use to get this virus detection all the time, I think certain sites contain it, or if you download a certain thing….I don’t really think the virus is all that big, you should just watch what you download because if I’m not correct I think it is a tracking virus.

I have Norton AntiVirus and it always get rid of the Trojan virus

it wont let me..I tried deleting it and always says theres a virus on my comp....could it be spyware

ok i found the virus and it wont let me delete it,it says accsess denied
so how do i get rid of it :(

you'll need to run the computer in safe mode. It's saying access denied coz the file is in memory. Running in safe mode will remedy that.

when your windows is just about to boot up (between memory check and windows loading screen) press F8 to get the options, choose safe mode. TO get out just restart your machine.

safe mode is the "safe" mode, so chances of messing up is slim.
